Try this cooling salad: whisk together 1 cup whole milk plain yogurt, 2T white vinegar, 1/2t salt; fold in 1/2 of an English cuke, sliced, 12 radishes, cleaned and sliced, a few slices of thinly sliced red onion broken up into rings, and 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill.
